Welcome to the Greeley Independence Stampede. This year our festival is filled with great delights - wonderful performances, free events, and lots of fun - as well as workshops, master classes and informative demonstrations.
It is a special year for us, one in which we have focused on the Independence Stampede mission not only to bring nationally and internationally renowned artists into our midst, but to give back to the community through free events and community partnerships designed to showcase local artists.

Greeley Independence Stampede
The Greeley Independence Stampede is one of Colorado's most important festivals, and is the largest 4 July rodeo in the world. The event features rodeos, concerts, parades, fireworks, cultural activities, art exhibits and much more to entertain the entire family for over a week.
About 500,000 punters come to Greeley for this gargantuan festival, which bucks and throws you into the culminating Fourth of July fireworks display and celebrations.
Greeley, steeped in classic western American history, sits on the great plains where cowboys still drift like tumbleweed.
